These homes provide young people with a structured yet independent living experience, helping them develop the responsibilities of adulthood while receiving tailored guidance.

Expert and Experienced Staff

Puffin Housing is led by a team of qualified professionals with a combined experience of over 50 years in youth support, social care, and housing management. Their expertise ensures that young people receive the highest standard of care, guidance, and mentoring.

The team includes:

  • Qualified social care professionals with backgrounds in youth work, safeguarding, and independent living support.

  • Specialists in transitional support, experienced in working with care leavers, homeless young people, young people who have no home office status ARE (Appeals Right Exhausted), and those at risk.

  • Staff, trained to understand and respond to the challenges young people face.

  • Employment and life skills advisors, supporting young people in education, training, and work opportunities.

Puffin Housing is a dedicated provider of supported accommodation for young people aged 18 to 21, with a specialist focus on continuous transitional support from 17 years onwards. Their mission is to equip young people with the skills, stability, and confidence needed for independent living, ensuring they receive consistent and structured support throughout their transition.
